Directions from the Vaiare ferry terminal (8 km, about 11 minutes)
From the Vaiare ferry terminal, follow the round-island road north, towards the airport. You pass the Sofitel, the Toatea lookout and the airport turn-off; from there it is another 4.5 km (8 km and about 11 minutes from the ferry terminal). The house is 200 m past the nearby U shop, after the small white bridge and the first street light, on the sea side, just before the “Les colorées” shops. The garage walls are yellow and red, and a wooden fence runs along the road. If you reach the Manava Beach Resort, you have gone 1 km too far.
By plane
The house is 5 km from the Moorea airport terminal (Temae) and 4.5 km from the airport turn-off. From there, follow the round-island road towards Maharepa and the directions above.
By sea
The house faces the small Irihonu pass, north-east of Cook’s Bay; you can arrive by boat and anchor in front, between the coral heads.
Getting around
A car is useful to get round the island; the nearby U shop (200 m) is within walking distance. The house has a covered garage for two cars.
Your arrival
Check-in from noon. Rameha welcomes you, hands over the keys and shows you round; you agree your arrival time with him before your stay.
