- The discount applies to the total number of nights. A stay spanning both seasons is priced night by night at each season’s rate.
- Prices are set in CFP francs (XPF). Euro amounts are indicative (€1 = 119.33 XPF).
- Included: bed linen and towels, electricity, gas, internet. Extra: tourist tax and, if you wish, cleaning (1,800 XPF per hour).
- Tourist tax on top: 60 XPF per adult per night in 2026, children and babies exempt, added to the balance payment; for nights from 1 January 2027, the municipal rate is given in Natea’s quote, which alone is binding.

Next: Natea sends you the house rules and the contract; the 30% advance payment is transferred within 7 days of the contract being signed by both parties, otherwise the dates are released.
Availability
Natea confirms availability by email, across all bookings (direct and on platforms). Your dates are held once the contract has been signed by both parties and the advance payment received.
Rental terms
These terms reflect the holiday rental contract. If they differ, the signed contract prevails.
- Advance payment
- 30% of the rental price, to be transferred within 7 days of the contract being signed by both parties (you, then the owner); after that, the dates are released. If arrival is less than 30 days after signing, the full amount is due at signing.
- Balance
- The rest of the rental price, plus the tourist tax, 30 days before arrival.
- Payment
- By bank transfer. The client’s own bank charges are at their expense.
- Security deposit
- 150,000 XPF, by bank transfer, requested 7 days before arrival and received before you move in. It is returned within 7 days of the check-out inspection.
- If you cancel
- More than 60 days before arrival, your advance payment is refunded; 60 to 30 days before, it is kept; less than 30 days before, or if you do not turn up, the full price of the stay is due.
- If we cancel
- Everything you have paid is refunded within 14 days.
- Force majeure
- Cyclone, official closure or other force majeure: refund or postponement, your choice.
- Tourist tax
- On top of the price, as a separate line in the contract, added to the balance payment: 60 XPF per adult per night in 2026; children and babies exempt. The rate is the one set by the commune of Moorea-Maiao for the dates of your stay (a reform is planned for 2027).
- Times
- Check-in from noon, check-out before 10 am. Minimum stay: 2 nights.
- Capacity
- Maximum 12 people, babies and children included. The person who books stays at the house for the whole rental.
- Linen and cleaning
- Bed linen and towels provided. End-of-stay cleaning not included, available on request at 1,800 XPF per hour.
